Today the responsibility of organizing the Wine Festival, the cultural association Palms who has set up a Steering Committee comprising representatives of all the communities of the village.
Beyond the traditional Cretan diet promotion all the days events, dedicated special evening view of the Cretan diet in conjunction with viewing of amateur musical instrument players from Dafnes who accompanied musically the evening this. The Wine Festival has established as institution of Dafnes now and every year attracts thousands of locals and foreign visitors.
